Mr. Brent Frazier was honored to be recognized by NASSP as the 2024 Florida Principal of the Year! According to Mr. Frazier, Washington, D.C. was invaluable. He had the opportunity to network with fellow educators and the U.S. Department of Education officials. They discussed critical issues such as Al in education and strategies for recruiting and retaining high-quality ESE teachers. Mr. Frazier stated that a highlight was engaging in crucial conversations at the White House, about school safety and mental health. The Rotary Club of Lake County Golden Triangle is looking for potential leaders among your 10th and 11th grade students to attend a five day leadership academy in February 2025. All expenses are paid by Rotary and it counts as an excused absence from school. We are not looking for students who are already leaders.
